Thousands take holy dip in Parsuram Kund

The picturesque Parsuram Kund in Arunachal Pradesh’s Lohit district witnessed thousands of pilgrims and devotees jostling for their turn since the wee hours of the morning to take a holy dip in the Kund.

About 50, 000 devotees from across India and even Nepal braved the chilling cold in order to take a holy dip in the Parsuram Kund on the occasion of Makar Sankranti.
