Recently this year, the ERDF conducted the felicitation program for ten senior citizens at the Conference Hall of Regional Institute of Science & Technology (RIST). The function began with a welcome address of the dignitaries to the Dais by N I Laskar, Director, Corporate Communication ERDF. Dr H K Baruah, Director (Academics), ERDF welcomed the guests. Felicitation of guests began with Mrs. Nirupama Borgohain, Mr. Abdul Mazeed, Prof. Md. Taher, Mr. Abdul Malik , Mr. H N Das, Abdul Khaleque Mazumder, Mr. B K Nath, Mr. D N Barua, Mr Hareswar Das and Mr. D N Singh.

Dr N K Choudhury, Principal Adviser, ERDF addressed the dignitaries followed by Dr A C Bhagabati, former Vice Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University A.P

Mrs. Nirupama Borgohain released two books, namely, ‘Janmadin’ authored by Dr Dinesh Baishya and ‘Paloiya-Pathar’ by Devajit Saikia. Later on the dignitaries expressed their views and the functions concluded after a vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. N I Laskar and the participants enjoyed the lunch.
