Ruth was born on March 29, 1995 in Shillong. She did her schooling from Pine Mount School and her higher studies from St. Joseph School, Chennai. Since childhood she dreamt of becoming a pilot. With an aim of becoming commercial pilot she is currently pursuing her Instrument Rating and CPL (Commercial Pilot License) at the same Academy, Sunrise Flying Academy.
