Talking to this scribe, director of Dhubri UCO RSETI, Raghu Nath Das informed that 1548 trained youth from this institution earning their livelihood and become financially self reliant. Das also informed that beside this, 460 trained youth also availed the loan from different banks on the strength of their training and certificate issued by the institution, Das added.
