The District Council election slated on December 13 next, is viewed as a forerunner of the elections to the state legislative assembly, in 2018. Therefore it is tight rope walking for the political parties, who cannot afford to make a slip. All parties would be involved to test their strength and also to experiment their strategies in the poll arena.
