Right from the time of the Indian independence, there have been occurring many attacks aimed at damaging this very idea of peaceful coexistence conducted by some communal and divisive forces. Its rights, opportunities and resources belong to every one without any discrimination ensuring their equitable distributions among all sections of society. Such social justice will depend on the legal enforcement of human rights in society and it will enable the citizens to enjoy these rights peacefully and adequately. Such a situation will help a state or a country in the process of progress and development in every field of every step.
