The function was also attended by senior officers and families of 101 Area and forest officials. Speaking on the occasion Major General, K.S. Sethi, SM GOC 101 Area informed that the 101 Area organisation was raised 46 years back keeping in mind the logistical problem of the Northeastern region and to serve the region both during peace time and during war. The 101 Area organisation of the Indian Army looks after the logistics of the army in this remote region right from the supply of rations to ammunition. Major General, K.S. Sethi, SM GOC 101 Area also added that the Military Hospitals in the region have been connected by Tele-Medicine through satellite designed by the ISRO. Through this technology cases of patients which cannot be treated in a particular hospital will be referred to specialists in other parts of the country through satellite. 

 

ICORE’S exploration

Apart from interest in paint, ICORE also plans to enter into various other products affordable and superior product lines such as specialty anti bacterial coating, gas detection system, targeted drug delivery system, ultra filtration process, etc with collaboration and technical support from Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok.

ICORE has planned to cover ideas of diversification and development to the North East. Soon, the brand will explore the most promising state of these North Eastern states. With the combination and penetration in these states it might prove deadly to its business competitors.

ICORE has captured its area in Cement, Paints, Garments, Fashion accessories and TMT Bars. It will soon spread its wings in Shopping Mall Projects, Pharmaceutical Projects and some other important ventures.
