The Indian Institute of Aero Space Technology and Management is presently the only institute imparting training programmes in Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. International developed twin programmes are also offered. This institute is also honoured by the Ministry of Defense, Government of India for donating an aircraft and aircraft spares.

This institute is managed by a distinguished faculty retired from Indian Airlines, the Indian Air Force and respectable industries. The founder of this institute has contributed four decades of aviation experience and can proudly say that he is the founder of the first Aircraft Maintenance Engineering College in the maintenance stream in Andhra Pradesh and that he has created the Avionics stream which is the first of its kind in India with the approval of DGCA Ministry of Civil Aviation. 

The Institute is coming up with a new premises in a sprawling land area of 1.30,950 sqft in Andhra Pradesh.
