First Thangkhul play

The first ever Tangkhul play Ashang Eina Aton was staged at Tongou village in Manipur’s Ukhrul district under the aegis of Zingko Arts Film Centre, Tongou and Imphal based theatre group, Khenjonglang recently.The play was produced at the end of the 45 days theatre workshop National School of Drama, (NSD) New Delhi’s extension programme held at this Tangkhul village.
The script was written by  Ashing Zimik and directed by  Sanabam Thaninleima.
