Internet chat and instant messaging systems allow people to stay in touch in a convenient way while working at their computers. Messages can be sent and received instantly. In addition, these systems also allow file transfer, as well as voice and video contact.

Computer users can easily connect to other computers and information stores around the world using the internet.

Reputable companies are establishing their online presence by developing their company websites. The websites are stuffed with myriad information about the company.

REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNET CONNECTION:

·    You must have a computer with a Lan Card or a Modem to connect to the Internet. A WAP enabled mobile device can be used to connect to the Internet

·    You must be subscribed to an Internet connection from an ISP (Internet Service Provider).

·    Your computer must have a browser (software) installed. Browsers are used to browse WebPages on the Internet.
