Infrastructure requirements a regional prespective

Apart from many other equally important considerations, it is my sincere belief that an appreciation of the sentiments of a people through the prism of their historical and the cultural perspectives would greatly contribute towards the understanding of the needs of a region. Before delving into a little bit of history however, let me share an expression that says, “When Nagaland sneezes the North East catches a cold.” In a great many ways this is a statement that has been proven over the years to a great deal of significance.

Having said that, let us take a quick check on history. On the 15th of August 1947, India claimed its place of honor in the fraternity of nations as an independent entity within the ambit of a free world.
