Blockade in Manipur
While the entire world enjoys the spirit of the ongoing World Cup, football lovers in Manipur are struggling to find food grain and fuel. Some were staying overnight in front of oil pumps with the hope of getting fuel to start their generators to watch the matches.
Except for some, most of the football lovers can not watch the FIFA World Cup regularly unless they have power back up systems such as generators with adequate fuel.
Erratic power supply in Manipur is not a new thing.
