Dr. Sangma inaugurates East Jaintia Hills District

The Chief Minister of Meghalaya Dr. Mukul Sangma inaugurated the new East Jaintia Hills District at Khliehriat on the 31st of July 2012. Dr. Mukul Sangma urged the people of the new district to extend their support to the government and thus enable it to serve them and fulfil their aspirations. It may be mentioned that the chief minister had inaugurated the North Garo Hills district on the 27th of July and will inaugurate two more districts on the 3rd and 7th of August.
