‘Pen-and Tool-Down’ strike in Arunachal Pradesh

Thousands of State Government employees in Arunachal Pradesh have openly defied the State Government’s warning by participating in the ‘pen-and tool-down’ strike launched by the Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) crippling normal office business. The Government employees led by the (CoSAAP) began their strike demanding the implementation of the 7^th Central Pay Commission (CPC) for State Government employees in the State.
