Close on the heels of the arrest of the two persons involved in the circulation of fake notes along with counterfeit notes worth Rs 1,53,000 the Mizoram police and in the process nabbed two persons while counterfeit notes worth Rs.80,500 and a Hewlett Packard office jet three-colour photocopiercum-laser printer used in the production of the fake note were also seized. According to the police, a team of the force acting on a tip-off raided the house of one Zokamlova at Mimbung village on the Mizoram- Manipur border on June 26. The police recovered fake currency worth Rs 80500 from the house and took Mr Zokamlova into custody. His interrogation led to the arrest of one Dinesh L.K.Sitlhou, who was involved in the production of notes.
