Korea- India fest rock Nagaland

Lee Sung Wan while voicing his congratulations expressed his appreciation to the Chief Minister of Nagaland for his attention to the Korea-India Music Festival. Wan also expressed his deepest sympathy to the victims of terrorism in Mumbai and wished India a speedy recovery from the pain.              

The celebration began with the call for unity from the popular Nagaland Chancel Choir. The celebration also displayed the growing popularity of the Korean language among the Nagas when nine Naga youths took part in the solo competition in Korean tongue organized by the Arirang TV channel of Korea where the prizes were sponsored by Samsung Ltd. Ms Avibou, was adjudged the first prize winner of the competition.

Korean dancer and celebrity VJ Isac and singer Ilac stole the show with their special appearance and performance. Aisle band, second runner-up in the Nagaland Music Safari, 2008, Boomerang band Mizoram, Nagaland Chamber Choir, Manipur Sword dancers were also at the one Korea-India festival, which lasted for almost three-hours.
