New  North East Marwari Federation State President 

Dr. Shyamsundar Harlalka a senior Advocate of Guwahati High Court, and a very widely known social leader of Assam was elected as ‘State President’ of the ‘North East Marwari Federaton’ for the period  2009-2011 recently.
